Truist Momentum: Installing Financial Confidence is a free online financial education program to help you achieve financial wellness and reach your goals. After 6 months of service, all installers (regardless of income) and all other employees who earn $60,000 or less each year are eligible to earn a $1,000 incentive for completing the program.

Safety is our first priority. Lead With Safety is IBP’s way of keeping safety at the front of our employees minds all day, every day. Our best-in-class Risk Department works to provide all of our employees with the training they need to stay safe. That training includes weekly toolbox talks, quarterly safety focus initiatives and Safety Excellence Awards.

As a thank you when the company meets its annual performance goals, we grant restricted stock units to qualifying, long-term, dedicated employees to celebrate every 10 years of their employment with IBP. If and when you qualify Once you complete your 10 years with IBP, you will receive detailed information on the program.
