STORIES FROM OUR INCREDIBLE RECIPIENTS
Employee Financial Assistance
In construction and in life, sometimes things don’t always go as planned. But
we know when we stand together, we all have a more secure foundation.
That’s why we started the Employee Financial Assistance Program.

The Employee Financial Assistance Program provides financial assistance to our employees in case of an emergency. Funded in-part through employee donations, eligible employees can apply for up to $2000 of financial assistance each year. When unexpected hardships and expenses happen, the IBP Foundation is here to help.

Nonprofit Grants
Thriving communities are the bedrock for safe and happy homes. At IBP, we are
committed to our communities. And our nonprofit grant program is one way we’re
working with others to lift up the areas in which we live and work.

The nonprofit grant partners we work with are providing vital services in their communities, and we consider it a privilege to help them work towards their missions. Gifted annually, these grants support non-profit organizations that build or renovate homes for those in need or provide shelter for those in need within 50 miles of an IBP branch or our corporate office.

NONPROFIT GRANT RECIPIENT STORIES
Matching Gifts
Through our Matching Gifts and Dollars for Doers programs, the IBP Foundation matches
both time and treasure our employees give to nonprofits they care about. We care
about our employees. But we also care about…what they care about.

When our employees make a personal monetary gift of up to $500 to a qualifying charity, through our Matching Gifts program, the IBP Foundation will match that gift. This allows us to double the impact that an employee has on an organization that they support.
Being in the construction business, we know how rewarding it is to roll up your sleeves and just get things done. That’s why, through our Dollars for Doers program, when an employee volunteers their time with a qualifying charity, we will match their gift of time at the rate of $20 per hour, up to $500.
